At Leveragehu S.L. we handle personal data with clear and responsible criteria, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and the updated European data protection framework applicable in 2026.

2. What data we process

We process data you provide through the contact form (name, email and message) and technical data derived from your browsing when you give consent (cookie identifiers, pages visited, approximate region).

3. Purposes and legal basis

To respond to your enquiry (legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering those who reach out). To improve the site and measure audiences (basis: consent). To comply with applicable legal obligations (basis: legal obligation).

4. Retention periods

We keep contact data for a maximum of 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies. Measurement data with consent is retained as described in the Cookie Policy.

5. Recipients and international transfers

We may share data with technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, email delivery, Google analytics and advertising) under GDPR-compliant contracts. Where a transfer outside the EEA applies, we use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and supplementary measures.

6. User rights

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and to not be subject to automated decisions, by writing to privacidad@leveragehu.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Automated decisions

We do not use automated individual decisions with legal effects on users.
